My son-in-law, Ethan Reynolds, left yesterday for a 9-month deployment to Afghanistan.  Please keep Ethan and Marie (my daughter), as well as all our troops, in your prayers.

I have a blog.  Yeaaaaa!!! There will be dancing in the streets.  I now have a forum through which I can reach the world with my views and opinions.  Except it’s not going to be that kind of blog.

Mostly what you’re going to find here will be family news, and maybe the occasion rambling.  So if you’re looking for insightful news analysis, or the latest political hack spewing forth how the Democrats/Republicans/Libertarians/Greens/Reds/Whatevers suck, keep looking.  Otherwise, check back.
